Morabito Art Villa is seeking a DW Steward to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali on a part-time contract basis. Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and reset dining tables between seatings.
• Wash, dry and store crockery, glassware and cutlery.
• Maintain cleanliness in scullery, pantry and service areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events.
• Handle and store food and beverages safely.
• Support waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock and restock cleaning equipment.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Respond promptly to management and service staff requests.

About the role

Morabito Art Villa is seeking a DW Steward to join our hospitality team on a part-time contract basis. This role is based in Badung, Bali, and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment. As a DW Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and guest satisfaction across our dining and service areas. This position is essential to ensuring that our guests experience exceptional service and a well-maintained environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clearing, cleaning and resetting dining tables and service areas between seatings and at the end of service
• Washing, drying and storing crockery, glassware, cutlery and other dining equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the scullery, pantry and kitchen service areas
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and functions
• Handling and storing food and beverage items safely and appropriately
• Supporting waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations
• Monitoring and restocking supplies of clean equipment and tableware
• Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
• Responding promptly to requests from management and service staff
