Job summary

PISON Group in Bali is seeking a hardworking Daily Worker (DW) Steward to support daily kitchen and stewarding operations. You will maintain cleanliness, wash and sanitize equipment, and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have experience in Steward, Kitchen, or Dishwasher roles, and can work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. The position involves on-site work in Bali and requires attentiveness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Steward, Kitchen, Dishwasher, or similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and sense of cleanliness.
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable.
• Able to follow instructions and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize plates, glasses, cutlery, and utensils.
• Ensure items are dried, organized, and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishwashing, and stewarding areas.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, sinks, floors, drains, and other areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely.
• Ensure adequate supplies of clean plates and utensils during operations.
• Receive, organize, and store kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Report shortages or damaged equipment to Supervisor.
• Handle garbage and waste according to procedures.
• Keep garbage areas clean and hygienic.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain hygiene of all stewarding areas throughout shifts.
• Support kitchen and operations during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Minimize water and supplies while working efficiently.
• Coordinate with teams for smooth daily operations.
• Follow SOPs and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
