Bostik is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Durable Goods portfolio in Indonesia. You will lead regional growth across transportation and industrial assembly segments, driving revenue, managing key accounts, and collaborating with local and regional teams.

The role requires strategic sales leadership, strong technical understanding of industrial materials, and a proven ability to expand market presence while coordinating with supply chain and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction materials, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in transportation or industrial sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with pricing strategy, margin management, and accounts receivable control.
• Technical knowledge of industrial materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and channel partners for market penetration.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams on marketing plans and product promotion.
