Job summary

IBMC seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to drive regional market expansion in Indonesia for rubber thread, textiles and elastics. You will map landscapes, engage current and prospective industrial clients, and coordinate with global account managers to grow revenue.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on sales experience in related manufacturing sectors, strong English skills, and willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in textile, garments, elastics, rubber thread or related manufacturing industries.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a valued advantage.

Responsibilities

• Market expansion: drive market growth and secure high-value accounts across Indonesia.
• Client engagement: conduct regular site visits and build strategic partnerships with current and prospective customers.
• Strategic advisory: provide market insights to leadership and support regional growth initiatives.
