Job summary

ASTRO membuka posisi Dry Outbound Senior Supervisor untuk memimpin operasional outbound end-to-end di fasilitas kami. Anda mengarahkan tim lebih dari 50 orang, mengatur alokasi tenaga harian, dan memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu serta kepatuhan SOP.

Peran ini menuntut pengalaman gudang minimal 5 tahun dengan 2 tahun di level supervisor, keterampilan analitis yang kuat, serta kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai fungsi. Sistem kerja hybrid di Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse/fulfillment experience with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Pengalaman di produk segar, ritel, atau e-commerce diutamakan.
• Kepemilikan kemampuan analitis dan kepemimpinan yang kuat.
• Mahir menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets untuk pelaporan operasional.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasional outbound end-to-end dari picking hingga penerimaan hub.
• Merencanakan alokasi tenaga kerja harian sesuai target operasional.
• Memimpin 50+ tim dengan fokus ke kehadiran, kinerja, produktivitas, dan churn.
• Memantau KPI Fulfillment Rate, On-Time Dispatch, Produktivitas, dan churn tenaga kerja.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Supply Chain, Inventory, Fleet, dan Hub untuk menyelesaikan isu.
• Menjaga kepatuhan SOP, kesehatan, keselamatan, kebersihan, dan 5S.
• Menganalisis data operasional untuk identifikasi masalah dan peningkatan efisiensi.
• Mendorong budaya kerja cepat, disiplin, dan akuntabel melalui kepemimpinan langsung.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About this Position

As our Dry Outbound Senior Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end outbound operations, leading a large ground team to ensure fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, and productivity while maintaining a strong balance between operational execution and data-driven decision-making.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Oversee end-to-end outbound operations from picking, packing, and loading to Hub receiving.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and ensure smooth execution against operational targets.
• Lead and manage a 50+ people team, including attendance, performance, productivity, and manpower churn.
• Monitor key KPIs including Fulfillment Rate, On-Time Dispatch, Productivity, and Manpower Churn.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory, Fleet, and Hub teams to resolve operational issues and maintain service levels.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify issues, improve productivity, and support structured decision-making.
• Drive a fast-paced, disciplined, and accountable working culture while providing hands-on leadership and coaching to the ground team.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, with at least 2 years at Supervisor level; experience in fresh product, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end outbound and fulfillment processes, including multiple pick, packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Experience managing 50+ people in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and high-paced working style.
• Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, especially formulas and operational reporting.
• Strong ownership, integrity, safety awareness, and strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and public holidays, and comfortable with extended working hours when required.
• Minimum High School Diploma, with strong preference for e-commerce fulfillment experience; placement in Cibitung.
