Job summary

Grab Rentals Indonesia seeks a Productivity & Compliance Associate to engage drivers, coach on productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead training initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost performance across the fleet.

You will report to the Business Growth Manager and work onsite in Cinangka Pool, coordinating daily activities and analytics to improve driver outcomes and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in driver engagement, community management, or field operations.
• Experience delivering objective feedback (e.g., EBIS) to drive behavioral improvements.
• Knowledge of local hotspot strategies, driver routines, and shift efficiency.
• Active listener who can build trust and present findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs to optimize driver productivity and performance.
• Prepare and present weekly productivity reports, reviews, and progress updates to management.
• Conduct offline exit interviews and performance counseling for offboarding drivers.
• Run retention campaigns via telecalls, WhatsApp blasts, and targeted app communications.
• Host online and offline community meetups and programs like Kelas Jawara to share best practices.
• Conceptualize and implement driver engagement programs to increase fleet retention.
