Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in community management, digital communications, public affairs, or related fields in Indonesia and within the gig economy or tech sectors.
- Experience with driver-partner or gig worker communities and credible engagement.
- Clear articulation in Bahasa Indonesia for policy, product, and regulatory topics.
Responsibilities
- Develop online engagement across driver-partner communities on digital platforms.
- Address misinformation and manage crisis responses with political judgment.
- Synthesize community insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Policy, Operations, and Leadership.
- Advise leadership on sensitive issues and report sentiment trends and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with field operations to connect online and offline community activities.
