Job summary

Grab Rentals Indonesia is seeking a Full-time Associate for Productivity & Compliance to train drivers, monitor performance, and drive compliance with regulatory standards. You will report to the Business Growth Manager and engage with drivers daily to coach productivity while coordinating with Trust, Safety, and productivity teams.

The role is onsite at Cinangka Pool in Jabodetabek. Responsibilities include delivering training, presenting weekly productivity reviews, conducting exit interviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in driver engagement, community management, or field operations.
• Experience delivering objective, fact-based feedback (e.g., EBIS) to drive measurable improvements.
• Knowledge of local hotspot strategies, driver routines, and operational shift efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focused on optimizing driver productivity and performance.
• Prepare and present weekly productivity reports, performance reviews, and progress tracking to management.
• Conduct offline exit interviews and performance counseling sessions for offboarding drivers.
• Execute retention and reminder campaigns via telecalls, WhatsApp blasts, and targeted app communications.
• Host online and offline community meetups and joint programs like "Kelas Jawara" to share best practices.
• Conceptualize and implement driver engagement programs to increase fleet retention.
