Job summary

Grab Rentals Indonesia is seeking a Productivity & Compliance Associate to design training programs that boost driver productivity and performance, and to engage with driver-partners to ensure compliance. This role reports to the Business Growth leadership and is based onsite at Cinangka Pool in Jabodetabek.

You will prepare weekly productivity reports for management, conduct coaching sessions, and run retention campaigns using telecalls and WhatsApp communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to present productivity reports to management.
• Experience engaging with driver-partners to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focused on optimizing driver productivity and performance.
• Prepare weekly productivity reports, performance reviews, and progress tracking to management.
• Conduct coaching sessions for drivers and manage offboarding interviews.
• Execute retention campaigns via telecalls and WhatsApp communications.
• Host community meetups and programs like 'Kelas Jawara' to share best practices.
• Develop driver engagement programs to increase fleet retention.
