Job summary

Grab Indonesia seeks an Online Community Manager (Driver Engagement) to lead online engagement and sentiment management for driver-partner communities across digital platforms. You will translate policies into clear Bahasa messages and turn insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and product teams.

You will report to the Director, Government Affairs & Community Engagement and be based on-site in Jakarta, collaborating with field teams to align online and offline driver activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management or related fields.
• Experience with driver-partner or gig worker communities.
• Experience managing Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Clear articulation in Bahasa Indonesia for policy and messaging.
• Experience leading campaigns or engagement programs.
• Strong political communication and crisis judgment.
• Experience with social listening tools and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Develop community positivity campaigns across platforms.
• Translate complex policies into clear, relatable Bahasa messages.
• Manage social listening and synthesize insights for Product, Policy, Operations, and Community teams.
• Develop and activate response plans to address misinformation and negative narratives.
• Manage relationships with driver leaders, ambassadors, KOLs, and agencies to amplify messaging.
• Advise leadership on sensitive community issues and report sentiment trends and performance.
• Partner with field operations to connect online engagement with offline activities.
