Job summary

Ride Blitz in Jakarta is seeking a Driver Management Manager to oversee recruitment, training and performance of drivers on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance on our on-site operations.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in driver management, strong knowledge of transport regulations in Indonesia, and excellent organizational skills to manage large driver rosters and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driver management, transport operations or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and road safety standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple drivers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and onboard drivers meeting company standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement driver training covering safety and procedures.
• Monitor driver performance metrics including safety, punctuality and compliance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.
• Manage scheduling and route optimization for efficiency.
• Investigate incidents and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure licensing, records and safety documentation are up to date.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on disciplinary actions when needed.
• Foster a positive driver culture focused on safety and customer service.
