Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Operations professional in Indonesia to lead driver activation campaigns and optimize driver supply. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, campaign execution, and performance monitoring to improve delivery efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design campaigns, analyze metrics, and drive initiatives that boost driver activation and retention. English fluency is required, and prior startup or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership.
• Experienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

What you'll do:

• Initiate some driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)
• Monitor driver performance metrics, identify root causes, and develop data-driven action plans to improve operational performance
• Execute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communication initiatives to improve driver productivity and retention
• Report about Driver Performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a startup, logistics, or technology company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership
• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reviewing the results of each promotion/campaign execution
• Set and determine a promotion plan for Driver Comms or any Driver Activation project
• Experienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
