Job summary

Lalamove Indonesia is seeking a Driver Activation Specialist to boost the pool of active drivers and optimize performance through data-driven campaigns. You will design and execute promotions, monitor metrics, and collaborate with teams to drive retention and efficiency.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience in campaigns, and proficiency in Canva, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint, with excellent English communication. This is an onsite position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a startup, logistics, or technology company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Initiate driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc).
• Monitor driver performance metrics, identify root causes, and develop data-driven action plans to improve operational performance.
• Execute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communications to improve driver productivity and retention.
• Report about Driver Performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken.
