Lalamove is seeking an Operations professional in Indonesia to lead driver activation campaigns and optimize driver supply. The role focuses on data-driven decision making, campaign execution, and performance monitoring to improve delivery efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design campaigns, analyze metrics, and drive initiatives that boost driver activation and retention. English fluency is required, and prior startup or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership.
• Experienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Initiate driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply.
• Monitor driver performance metrics and develop data-driven action plans.
• Execute and evaluate driver promotions and activation campaigns to improve productivity and retention.
• Report Driver Performance using gathered data and actions taken.
