Job summary

Lalamove in Jakarta Selatan/Barat is looking for an Operations Hub Associate to manage offline presence, driver onboarding, and stock inventory, driving fast, reliable delivery across the city.

You’ll work with the Offline Presence team and Driver Quality to hit targets, implement SOPs, and continuously improve processes. Requires 1–3 years in operations and a degree in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, including driver onboarding and offline presence.
• Increase brand awareness by growing the number of branded vehicles.
• Monitor daily activities of driver operations support and inventory.
• Handle offline presence stock and procurement, with weekly stock checks.
• Support large 4W driver acquisitions in satellite offices.
• Collaborate with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation teams.
• Coordinate with driver quality team to adhere to SOPs.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education
• Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
• Monitor daily activities of drivers operations support during calls, sticker installation, and driver attributes distributions
• In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, procurement, weekly stock inventory)
• Help & support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Satellite Office
• Work closely with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation team
• Collaborate with driver quality team to make sure all drivers materials are accordingly based on our latest SOP

What you’ll need:

• Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (Kuningan), and/or Jakarta Barat (Daan Mogot) (Full WFO)
