Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Associate (Driver Management) in Surabaya. This on-site, full-time role focuses on activating and managing driver partners, monitoring performance, and delivering data-driven campaigns to boost efficiency and retention.

The candidate will work within a fast-growing logistics platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Ideal applicants have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in operations,

What you’ll do

• Initiate some driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)
• Monitor driver performance metrics, identify root causes, and develop data-driven action plans to improve operational performance
• Execute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communication initiatives to improve driver productivity and retention
• Report about Driver Performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a startup, logistics, or technology company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership
• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reviewing the results of each promotion/campaign execution
• Set and determine a promotion plan for Driver Comms or any Driver Activation project
• Experienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
