Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in startup, logistics, or tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply.
• Monitor driver performance metrics and develop data-driven action plans.
• Execute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communications to improve productivity and retention.
• Report Driver Performance using data interpretation and actions taken.
