Job summary

FiberHome is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documents across telecom and infrastructure initiatives. You will ensure proper filing, version control, and traceability while supporting audits and handovers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining document registers, and submitting documents for client approvals and project acceptance. A degree and 1–3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
• 1–3 years experience as Document Controller (telecom project preferred)
• Familiar with project documentation processes (FTTH/OSP is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and document management
