PT BAISELINDO ASIA NETWORK is seeking an experienced Project Document Controller to manage review, classification, archiving, and ledger updates for construction, design and acceptance documents, ensuring full traceability and accessibility.
The role requires on-site work in Indonesia, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with clients, internal teams and subcontractors to meet document delivery standards.
1. Conduct review, verification, sorting and archiving of project acceptance documents and FO documents; cross-check consistency and accuracy of design data, costing records and acceptance materials to ensure construction & acceptance documents are complete and compliant.
2. Execute daily document control procedures including CR creation, update and closure to guarantee full traceability of all process records.
3. Provide supporting documentation for customer complaint handling: organize supporting files and ledgers for complaints, and assist the team to resolve issues completely.
4. Manage classification, version control, archiving and ledger updating of all construction, design and acceptance documents, maintaining a standardized and complete document library accessible for retrieval at any time.
5. Coordinate document submission, review and handover with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to meet client document delivery standards and project acceptance requirements.
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry; overseas project experience (especially Indonesia projects) is preferred.
2. Familiar with full FTTH optical cable construction and site acceptance workflows, proficient in preparation and review standards of construction process documents and as-built acceptance materials.
3. Solid understanding of wireless communication systems, with basic knowledge of communication base stations, access networks and optical cable auxiliary construction to interpret basic engineering design documents.
4. Skilled in document control workflows, CR operations and document ledger management; capable of independently reviewing and auditing engineering documents with strong attention to detail and data sensitivity.
5. Good communication skills to liaise independently with clients, construction teams and internal project staff; willing to work on-site overseas, with strong execution and ability to work under pressure.
