Job summary

PT Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a data center infrastructure lead to drive end-to-end design, client engagements, and BOM preparation for large-scale projects in Indonesia. You will supervise construction and testing, coordinate with specialists, and ensure high-density power and cooling systems meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale data center infrastructure design, construction, or senior operations.
• Expert in data center design, electrical systems, HVAC, and physical cabling.
• Proficient in electrical distribution system design, HV/LV, transformers, generators, HVDC, and MDC.
• Experience with high-density AI workloads and power capacity management.
• Knowledge of chilled water, DX cooling, and immersion cooling technologies.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

• Optimize space layout and rack deployment for self-built and colocation data centers
• Design electrical distribution systems including HV/LV, UPS, diesel generators, and PDU deployment

Job description

Lead conceptual design, technical exchanges, and proposal formulation for large-scale data center infrastructure. Drive high-level engagement and technical matchmaking with client executives, and generate precise Bills of Materials (BOM) to assist sales teams in quoting.

Key responsibilities

Oversee integrated testing and commissioning (T&C), including full-load dummy load testing

Provide technical governance for BMS, DCIM, VESDA, and gas fire suppression systems

Optimize space layout and rack deployment for self-built and colocation data centers

Design electrical distribution systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, diesel generators, and PDUs

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Building Environment & Energy Application Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields

5+ years of experience in large-scale data center infrastructure design, construction, or senior operations architecture

Expert in data center design, electrical systems, HVAC, and physical cabling

Proficient in electrical distribution system design, including integration of transformers, diesel generators, High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC), and Modular Data Centers (MDC)

Proven track record in power capacity expansion and load balancing for high-density AI workloads (20kW-40kW+ per rack)

Expert knowledge of chilled water systems, direct expansion (DX) air-cooled systems, and indirect evaporative cooling technologies

Hands-on experience in Cold Plate or Immersion Liquid Cooling deployments, including CDU selection and secondary-loop piping design

Deep understanding of physical characteristics of high-density fiber routing, including OM4/OM5 multi-mode and single-mode fibers

Skilled in path planning and structured layout optimization for high-bandwidth physical network environments

Fully fluent in English
