Job summary

PT Asix Indonesia Cerdas invites an experienced Division Head, IT Operations in Jakarta to lead the IT operations as a shared service across the organization. You will own reliability, security, and scalability of infrastructure, cloud, NOC, security, and service management.

You will oversee assets, vendor management, and cross-functional DevOps initiatives, establishing SLAs, roadmaps, and production readiness gates while mentoring the team to reduce single points of failure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in infrastructure or IT operations with 5+ years in a leadership role responsible for production operations.
• Experience in System Integrator, Managed Services, or Technology Services.
• NOC operations, incident management, and RCA.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• ITSM, SOP, SLA, KPI, and reporting.
• Service Desk and onsite support management.
• Security operations and access management.
• IT asset, contract, license, vendor, and budget management.

Build and lead IT operations as a shared service for the whole organization.

About the role
You will own the reliability, security, and scalability of IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, NOC, security operations, service management, asset and vendor management, and DevOps, serving all platforms and applications under the company's responsibility.

Key responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud: Oversee server, cloud, data centre, and network operations, including capacity, availability, resilience, performance, and technology lifecycle management.

NOC & Incident Management: Lead monitoring, alerting, escalation, major incident management, recovery, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

DevOps Shared Service: Manage CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, environment provisioning, production access, release support, and change control. Establish clear boundaries between DevOps and TechOps.

Security Operations: Oversee access management, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response in accordance with CTO standards and in coordination with the Governance and Risk Functions.

Service Management: Establish and maintain service catalogues, SLA, SOP, KPI, and operational reporting. Ensure consistent IT Service Delivery across Service Desk, Onsite Support, NOC, Infrastructure, Cloud and DevOps. Implement production readiness gates and ensure effective handover from the Delivery Team to Operations.

Asset, Contract & Vendor Management: Maintain asset, contract, license, and renewal registers. Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.

People & Capability Development: Assess and develop the existing team, strengthen operational discipline, and reduce dependency on individuals through documentation, standardization, and cross-training.

About you

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years in infrastructure or IT operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role responsible for production operations
