Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Cluster Operations Lead - ICT to drive end-to-end operational performance, ensure high availability, and govern ICT infrastructure across multiple data centres within a defined cluster in Indonesia.

You will lead incident management, provide technical leadership over server hardware, GPU infrastructure, Linux systems, and networks, and coordinate with facilities, security, and vendors for large-scale data centre delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent operational framework knowledge.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, VMware, or AWS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident, problem, and change management aligned to ITIL practices.
• Troubleshoot complex, non-standard faults across servers, networks, and systems.
• Support root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure BCP/DR plans are maintained and tested.
• Act as technical authority for ICT systems and infrastructure decisions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in server hardware, GPU infrastructure, Linux systems, and network environments.
• Oversee lifecycle management, upgrades, and technical standards adherence.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and asset records.
• Coordinate operations across multiple data centre sites.
• Drive operational governance, change control, and escalation management.
• Optimize DCIT operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support commissioning, handover, and large-scale data centre delivery.
• Lead and develop technical teams across sites.
• Define KPIs, assign tasks, and ensure effective workforce planning.
• Provide technical training, mentoring, and capability development.
• Ensure effective escalation paths and coverage models.
• Act as primary ICT interface for clients, vendors, and auditors.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Security, and project teams.
• Manage regional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure cybersecurity, patching, and access controls are enforced.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.

Role Purpose

The Cluster Operations Lead - ICT is responsible for end-to-end operational performance, technical reliability, and governance of ICT infrastructure across multiple data centre sites within a defined cluster. The role combines strong hands-on technical expertise in data center technology operations with leadership of site and cluster operations to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with client and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. ICT Operations & Service Continuity

• Lead incident, problem, and change management aligned to ITIL practices
• Troubleshoot complex, non-standard faults across servers, networks, and systems

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong hands-on experience in data centre ICT environments
• Deep knowledge of server hardware, GPU devices, and Linux systems
• Strong understanding of large-scale network architecture and troubleshooting
• Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in data centre commissioning and operations optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• ITIL certification or equivalent operational framework knowledge
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, VMware, Microsoft, AWS) are advantageous
