As anArea Retail Supervisor,you will lead and manage retail store operations across the region, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding store teams, strengthening market presence, and managing overall area performance, from sales execution to profitability. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is motivated by growth and results.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.

Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.

Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).

Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.

Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.

Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
