The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong leadership, and good communication plus familiarity with MS Office and Excel. Shift work is required, with local mobility in the Indonesia, Banten area.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma
• 2 years of working experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with store PIC
• Ensure promotions and POP materials are placed in stores
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales info, competitors, and field issues
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoter
