Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia seeks an enterprise-minded leader to shape and deliver talent, succession, learning and capability agendas. You will collaborate with Asia and Corporate teams to strengthen leadership pipelines and drive business impact.

You will lead the Talent Management and Learning portfolio, translating global frameworks into practical local solutions, and governing budget, data, vendors and partnerships to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability or learning.
• Proven ownership of enterprise talent portfolios, including executive facilitation and people leadership.
• Experience translating regional or global frameworks into market solutions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic judgement, analytics, facilitation, portfolio management and vendor management capability.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and responsible stewardship of sensitive talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year enterprise talent, succession, learning and capability strategy, roadmap, standards and investment priorities.
• Lead critical-role identification, enterprise talent reviews, successor slates, readiness assessment and reporting.
• Create differentiated leadership and learning portfolios for executives, successors, people leaders and emerging talent.
• Own the enterprise skills taxonomy, proficiency standards, future-skills mapping and heatmaps.
• Translate capability gaps into build/buy/borrow and talent-mobility recommendations for future workforce needs.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to turn priorities into practical solutions that drive business performance.
• Represent Indonesia in the Asia talent community and support cross-market initiatives.
• Provide CHRO and SLT with trusted talent intelligence, dashboards and evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead the Talent Management and Learning team with budget, governance and data stewardship.
