Sun Life Financial Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders and C-suite to drive critical hires in a regulated industry. The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance, and delivering data-driven recruitment improvements.

You will work with business and leadership teams to shape hiring plans, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and contribute to a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Formación

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including senior, specialist or regulated roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing executive-level recruitment reporting and recommendations.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating background checks, regulatory documentation, audit evidence and tenaga ahli or foreign-worker formalities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned portfolios, prioritizing critical, senior, statutory and specialist roles and ensuring strong candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and Senior Management Team to clarify workforce needs, role profiles and hiring plans, with regular decision-ready updates.
• Ensure compliance through background checks and pre-employment controls, maintain audit-ready recruitment documentation.
• Drive analytics to improve time-to-fill, pipeline health and stakeholder experience using Workday and dashboards.
