Our client, a university in South Jakarta, seeks a Head of Student Recruitment & Admissions to lead its new student acquisition strategy, overseeing branding, marketing, lead generation, and the end-to-end enrollment journey.

The role builds a high‑performing team, sets targets and KPIs, analyzes recruitment data, and drives conversion from lead to enrollment across multiple channels including campus visits, online consultations, and school partnerships.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; a Master's in Marketing, Management, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in marketing, sales, business development, or student recruitment/admissions.
• Experience within a university or higher education environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, sales funnel management, conversion strategies, and CRM systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a target-driven sales or recruitment team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Data-driven and comfortable using recruitment metrics and conversion data to make business decisions.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to work toward ambitious acquisition targets.
• Existing relationships or networks with senior high schools and education communities would be a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute university branding strategies through PR, media relations, public engagement, and partnerships.
• Lead marketing and student lead-generation initiatives across digital channels and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools and education partners to strengthen the recruitment pipeline.
• Manage the student recruitment and conversion process across multiple channels including calls, WhatsApp, Zoom consultations, campus visits, and entrance tests.
• Lead the closing and enrollment process, including re-registration, new student retention and onboarding activities.
• Build, monitor, and continuously improve the student acquisition funnel from initial lead through application, admission, and final enrollment.
• Analyze recruitment data, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Student Recruitment/Admissions team across branding, marketing, sales, and enrollment activities.
• Establish clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the recruitment team.
• Prepare regular reports and provide management with insights on recruitment performance, enrollment forecasts, conversion rates, and achievement against new student targets.
