Novarix Global Jakarta is seeking a Digital Marketing & Admissions Sales Lead to own our digital presence, admissions funnel, and early market development in Indonesia. You will report to the Company Director and have potential to step into senior leadership as operations scale.

You will craft engaging video content, manage campaigns, and build partnerships with schools and communities to drive inquiries, applications, and enrolments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Confident and patient in presenting and communicating with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, video editing, visual design and digital marketing and social media tools.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize and produce high-impact, short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Monitor digital trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Advise parents and students on suitable education pathways and opportunities.
• Drive initial market penetration through organic reach, smart public relations, and engaging community initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners.
