Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Preferable coming from education consulting company and having strong experience with USA education system.
• Possesses strong experience in handling students to study overseas.
• Fluent communication in English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sampoerna University at internal & external recruitment events (Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc).
• Build relations and network with selected target high schools through counselors to reach potential students and parents and achieve target applicants.
• Deliver high-quality presentations about Sampoerna University with accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
• Work closely with Student Recruitment Manager to identify market opportunities and develop recruitment strategy for leads and conversions.
• Input student data and applications, follow up on opportunities or leads, and update student status daily/weekly.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and other related departments to ensure applications are processed accordingly.
