Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking a skilled DIP/PCBA manufacturing specialist to support production lines in Batam. The role requires hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly, along with a strong understanding of IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.

The ideal candidate will read BOMs and Gerber files, analyze data in Excel, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility for shifts and overtime is expected to maintain output and quality.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant DIP/PCBA manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes.
Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.
Able to use Microsoft Excel, formulas, and basic data analysis.
Able to read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
