Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking a qualified engineer for SMT/ICT/PCBA testing roles. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.

Minimum 3 years SMT testing experience is preferred; 1-3 years in electronics manufacturing or ICT/PCBA testing will also be considered. Proficiency with ICT testers (Keysight/Teradyne/TRI/CheckSum/SPEA) and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SMT, ICT, or PCBA testing is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of SMT testing experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ICT testing, or PCBA testing will also be considered.
• Familiarity with Keysight, Teradyne, TRI, CheckSum, or SPEA ICT testers is an advantage.
• Able to read PCB schematics and layouts.
• Able to use multimeters, LCR meters, and oscilloscopes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, charts, data analysis, and basic statistics.
• Experience with DIP lines, BMS, energy storage, automotive electronics, or automotive PCBA testing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts and follow production schedules.
• Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
