Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Extensive experience in B2B or key account management.
- Proven people management track record.
- Experience across business development, account management, or partnerships with targets delivery.
- Strong analytical, process-management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive client outcomes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the KA team and provide coaching and direction to enable client success.
- Identify areas for process, product and tooling improvement to enable scalable solutions for our clients.
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team and drive high performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops and Merchant Education to scale best practices and close performance gaps.
- Promote diversity within the team and encourage participation from all members.
- Lead by example by analyzing campaign performance data to offer data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
