Job summary

TikTok PTE LTD (TikTok) is seeking a dynamic SMB Lead for its Local Services team in Jakarta. You will lead the SMB sales unit, coach managers, and shape scalable strategies to meet revenue goals while ensuring client success.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to scale best practices, drive measurable outcomes for SMB and long-tail clients, and foster diversity and a high-performance culture. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder.
Extensive experience in business development or account management roles, especially SMB or long-tail clients.
People management experience, leading and inspiring sales teams with targets.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and delivering client outcomes.
Analytical, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for global/local teams.
