Job summary

TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is expanding its partnerships in Indonesia, joining forces with leading international brands in F&B to grow merchant sales and content quality.

The role focuses on developing proposals, diagnosing performance, negotiating contracts, and driving adoptions of TikTok solutions—short videos, LIVE, and influencer matching—to boost local merchants' reach and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Experience in business development, account management, sales or partnerships roles with a track record of targets.
• Experience in managing international key accounts.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Partnership building with top international brands in F&B.
• Develop merchant proposals, plan product assortment, diagnose performance, identify root causes and improve profitability.
• Drive TikTok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers.
• Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.
• Partner with local service merchants to deliver high-quality content through short videos, LIVE, and influencer matching to boost sales/transactions.
