Job summary

PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a Business Process Manager with strong experience in industrial engineering or information systems. The role focuses on bridging stakeholders, standardizing SOPs, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

You will lead process design sessions, document flowcharts and guidelines, and ensure accurate sign-off and communication of updated procedures across Guardian and IKEA business units in Indonesia. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or information system.
• Work Relevant Experience: Minimum 5-7 years as supervisor or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Bridge discussion to produce SOPs aligned with latest business processes.
• Disseminate and conduct socialization sessions for new/updated process documentation.
• Perform regular reviews and assessments of existing processes for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of all business processes (flowcharts, guidelines, SOPs).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to design processes and achieve consensus.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks; propose solutions to streamline workflows.
• Encourage use of technology and digital systems to accelerate processes.

Job description

Synergize all stakeholders by bridging the discussion process to produce SOPs that are linear with the latest business processes.

Disseminate and conduct socialization sessions for new and updated business process documentation to relevant teams.

Perform regular reviews and assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, including flowcharts, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Bridging the design of new business processes or business processes that need to be revised to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather input and achieve consensus on process design.

Inviting business users to interview and discussion sessions, connecting the dots between the information gathered, standardizing inconsistent information, documenting interview results, assigning document numbers, obtaining user approval or signatures, and communicating the SOP to relevant parties

Identify and analyze process gaps and bottlenecks, proposing solutions for streamlining workflows.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on process analysis and best practices.

Encourage the use of technology, automaton, and digital systems to accelerate business processes.

Double-check the work completed by the Business Process Specialist.
