Job summary

Confidential is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Process Improvement professional to lead process mapping, redesign, and automation initiatives across DSN Group units. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions (ERP, BPM, RPA) and drive measurable efficiency gains.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, guiding cross-functional projects, and presenting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in business process mapping, process redesign, and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, digital process optimization, and system implementation.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and translating business requirements into digital solutions (ERP, BPM, RPA, Workflow, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Change Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel across DSN Group business units when required.

• Conduct process mapping and business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify process gaps, analyze business unit needs, and develop continuous improvement solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Visualize workflows using flowcharts and process diagrams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform "As-Is" processes into optimized "To-Be" process models.
• Develop, review, and maintain business process documentation, including SOPs, WI, and process flow diagrams
• Lead and support the implementation of business process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business improvement initiatives.
• Present process analysis findings, project progress, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management.

Job description

• Visualize workflows using flowcharts and process diagrams to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop, review, and maintain business process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and process flow diagrams

Requirements
