Job summary

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) seeks an experienced Business Analyst Manager to drive business process analysis, improvement, and digitalization across the organization. You will bridge business needs with IT solutions and lead a team of Analysts to deliver tangible efficiency gains.

The role requires 6–10+ years in BA, strong mapping and requirements gathering skills, and a track record of governance implementation.

Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Engineering, or IT BA.
Proven experience in business process mapping, improvement, and digitalization.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Familiar with SOP, governance, process documentation, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis, mapping, and improvement across functions and divisions.
Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements for IT solutions.
Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business owners and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process digitalization, automation, and paperless workflows.
Develop and implement SOPs, process flows, and governance frameworks.
Define requirements and acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure successful solution implementation.
Monitor implementation and ensure proper handover to business users/process owners.
Lead and coach Business Analysts to ensure quality analysis and documentation.
