Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking an Operations Analyst to drive process improvements across our financial services operations. The role focuses on documenting current processes, setting targets, calculating incentives, and building SLAs with clear metrics.

You will work closely with the operations team to identify root causes, implement solutions, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements, preferably in the financial industry.
• Attention to detail, critical mindset and self-driven to get things done.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and creatively solve problems.
• Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes to ensure proper documentation.
• Identify, develop, evaluate organization’s core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA).
• Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate; serve as backup PIC when needed.
• Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error.
