Qualifications

• JLPT N4 proficiency or equivalent is appreciated.
• Passion for Japanese culture and language.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in social media management or bootcamp/training.
• Knowledge of social media trends.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to social media.
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

• Work from the office in Jakarta Pusat.
• Develop and execute social media strategies (content plan, calendar).
• Create compelling content that aligns with our brand.
• Analyze performance metrics, report and optimize content for engagement & conversion.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an active online community.
• Stay updated on social media trends and leverage them for better engagement.
