Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a well-established restaurant group, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist - Online Sales & Performance Marketing to drive online revenue through strategic digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

You will analyze performance, optimize ROAS and CAC, manage e-commerce channels, run A/B tests, and report insights to improve traffic, conversions, and overall online sales from our Jakarta operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Online Sales.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for performance optimization.
• Experience with online sales/e-commerce channels is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on driving online sales and revenue.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve sales and ROAS targets.

• Conduct A/B testing and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
