J&T Express is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to drive campaigns across online channels in Jakarta. You will manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, ensuring performance through data-driven optimization and timely reporting.

• Monitor key digital marketing metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support digital marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
