Qualificações

• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role with a strong portfolio across formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian (or willingness to develop Indonesian).
• Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong visual communication with photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia production.
• Familiarity with the construction or project management sector (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
• Creative thinking with strong storytelling skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with consistent brand voice and quality.
• Proactive in learning new tools and industry developments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This role plays a vital part in strengthening brand awareness, expanding market reach, and generating high-quality leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns—ranging from social media management and creative content production to paid advertising execution—to support the growth of our modular and commercial property solutions in the regional market.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) consistently and effectively.

Plan and create engaging creative content, including content planning, scripting, hooks, captions, as well as photo/video production and editing.

Manage and optimize the performance of paid advertising campaigns (such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads) to achieve specific marketing targets.

Conduct market research, social media trend analysis, and periodic analytics performance tracking to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and field sales requirements.

Maintain and manage the company's digital portfolio and business accounts to uphold a professional brand image.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (or willingness to develop Indonesian language proficiency)

Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools

Strong visual communication skills with experience in photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia production

Familiarity with the construction industry or project management sector (preferred but not essential)

Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible content for various audiences

Creative thinking and strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to develop original ideas

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent brand voice and quality standards

Proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and industry developments

Experience with video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (preferred)
