About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is a unique opportunity to work within the construction and project management sector, creating compelling content that communicates our modular construction expertise, project achievements, and industry thought leadership. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence and engaging with stakeholders across digital and traditional platforms. This position offers the chance to blend creativity with technical construction knowledge, supporting our strategic communications objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for company websites, social media platforms, blogs, and marketing materials
• Create compelling case studies and project documentation that showcase our modular construction solutions and project management expertise
• Collaborate with project teams to gather information, insights, and visual assets from ongoing construction projects
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent, engaging brand communication across all digital channels
• Produce photographs, videography, and graphic design content that highlights project milestones and company achievements
• Research industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities to develop relevant and timely content
• Write technical and non-technical content suitable for diverse audiences including clients, partners, and industry professionals
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with company messaging and brand guidelines
• Monitor content performance and analytics to optimise engagement and reach
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities with original creative content

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (or willingness to develop Indonesian language proficiency)
• Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Strong visual communication skills with experience in photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia production
• Familiarity with the construction industry or project management sector (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, accessible content for various audiences
• Creative thinking and strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to develop original ideas
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent brand voice and quality standards
• Proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and industry developments
• Experience with video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (preferred)
