About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing professional to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and market presence. As Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for promoting our modular property solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and expanding our market share in the real estate and property administration sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA's products and services
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the real estate and property sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure agreements that benefit both parties

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales or marketing within the real estate, property, or construction industry
Strong understanding of property development, modular construction, or related administrative processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and convert leads into sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
