You will plan, manage, and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure channel alignment and a strong, professional online presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role with a strong portfolio across formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian (or willingness to develop Indonesian).
• Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong visual communication with photography, videography, graphic design, or multimedia production.
• Familiarity with the construction or project management sector (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
• Creative thinking with strong storytelling skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with consistent brand voice and quality.
• Proactive in learning new tools and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Plan and create engaging content, including scripting, hooks, captions, and photo/video production and editing.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve marketing targets.
• Conduct market research, social media trend analysis, and analytics tracking to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with field sales requirements.
• Maintain and manage the company’s digital portfolio and business accounts to uphold a professional brand image.
