Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking an experienced collections team lead in Jakarta to manage and improve field collection operations. You will coach a team, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to optimize collection strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, plus banking sector knowledge including BI and OJK regulations. Prior unsecured loan exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in Unsecured Loan product is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Understand the laws and regulations from BI, OJK, and other regulators related to banking activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing, evaluate and monitor team performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to enhance team members' skills and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing strategies to maximize collection efficiency.
• Create assignment worksheet and report for Field Collection activities and check the accuracy of billing results reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall collection strategies.
• Receive escalation of questions/complaints/cases from agents to ensure problems are handled according to applicable procedures.
