Job summary

Audy Dental Clinic in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on dentist recruitment. You will manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quick and compliant placements across our network of clinics.

You will monitor Time-to-Hire, conduct probation check-ins, and deliver probation success reports while coordinating with HR and clinic teams to meet scheduling and expansion needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience in medical/healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Proficiency in CV screening and candidate interviewing.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dentist recruitment from candidate sourcing to effective onboarding
• Monitor and analyze Time-to-Hire metrics to evaluate efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Conduct routine check-ins with new dentists during probation
• Prepare periodic Probation Success Rate reports, providing analysis and actionable insights on any probation failures.
• Coordinate actively with the HR and Clinic teams to ensure dentist placement aligns with operational needs and timelines.
• Track candidate submissions via referrals

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Prior experience in medical/healthcare recruitment is highly preferred
• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, CV screening, and candidate interviewing.
• Strong coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
