Job summary

Audy Dental Clinic, a long‑standing dental network in Indonesia, seeks a procurement professional to manage asset purchases for 60+ clinics, including dental units and IT assets. You will oversee CAPEX/GA purchasing, supplier relations, and contract administration to ensure timely, compliant deliveries across the network.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and experience with hospital/clinic networks or multi-branch operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Procurement/Purchasing, handling Assets (CAPEX) & General Affairs (GA) Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Managing the procurement process for medical assets (e.g., Dental Units, Autoclaves, X-Rays), non-medical assets (ACs, Furniture, IT Equipment), and general operational supplies across 60++ clinic branches.
• Sourcing, selecting, and maintaining relationships with key vendors and distributors.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, warranty periods, and repair Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensuring asset purchases align with the approved CAPEX budget and monitoring delivery timelines to prevent operational delays.
• Drafting and managing cooperation contracts (MoU/MoA), Purchase Orders (POs), and handover certificates (BAST) in coordination with branch operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Procurement/Purchasing, handling Assets (CAPEX) & General Affairs (GA) Purchasing.
• Understanding how to review warranty clauses, after-sales service guarantees, and vendor delay penalties.
• Advanced Ms. Excel skills
• Experience in Clinic Networks, Hospitals, Retail, or F&B Chains (managing at least 20+ branches)
