Job summary
Audy Mandiri Indonesia (Audy Dental) is seeking an experienced Area Manager to plan, evaluate, and develop strategies to achieve company targets across East and North Jakarta. You will monitor branch sales performance and coach supervisors and branch teams to drive patient satisfaction and smooth operations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) and 2+ years in an Area Manager role or 5+ years in a supervisory level, with proven leadership, communication, and negotiation

- 2+ years as Area Manager or 5+ years as supervisor or similar level.
- Able to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the team.
- Proven skills in leadership, persuasive verbal and written communication, negotiation.
