Job summary

Indo Dental Center in Jakarta is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to coordinate patient and doctor schedules, welcome patients, and handle calls while preparing daily and monthly reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or equivalent, at least 2 years in aesthetic or dental clinics, fluent Mandarin and English, and strong administration and cashier skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Public Relations or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in aesthetic clinic or dental clinic.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English is a must.
• Good on handling administration and cashier.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient and doctor schedule.
• Welcoming patient into the clinic.
• Daily and Monthly report generation.
• Explaining treatment plan to patients.
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Resolve patient complaints, guide them and provide information.
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
